5 stars- To me, it's hands down her best album. The album is quite varied, with two uplifting opening tracks and more contemplative material towards the end, and yet there is a certain mood and consistency to the whole thing, and I hardly skip any tracks when I listen to it. On the other hand, with any other Lana album (except Paradise EP), I usually just want to listen to a specific track and not the whole thing.
5 stars- Lust for Life is such a beautiful, seamless bridge from the 60s/70s into the present day. When I listen to it, I feel like I'm standing with one foot in the past and one foot in the present. There isn't a single bad song.
